Ed spent about an hour at my house inspecting everything and advising me in on how to repair and rat-proof our hot tub (the main problem was rotten wood). “I have used Swanson’s a number of times over a 30 year period. Originally I needed help getting rid of ants in the kitchen ( ! once !). The other service calls were for sugar ants outside but near the house. Once or twice carpenter ants were also found & treated with the ants. All the following years I only had them do a 1 time service & it always worked. Plus they include 2 follow up visits to their one time treatments.They coached me on steps I could take to reduce the ants attraction to “homesteading” inside. ?My last few service calls were handled by Daniel. I saw him every 2 -3 years on average. (I am okay with ants outside until they get right next to the house.) He was respectful of my safety concerns, transparent in giving info, calm & professional & never tried to oversell their services. He explained things clearly & gave me the options & his recommendations. He asked for coaching from his supervisor by phone to tap into his knowledge base.
