“Gunnar was an excellent technician. He introduced himself, was very thorough in brushing away all the cobwebs, was thorough in applying the insecticide, and applied a granular insecticide in the soil areas next to the house. There was some confused communication (probably my fault) when talking about mice control. I wanted some traps and Gunnar told me about a box of 10. But, when thinking about this later, I think he was talking about what I would call bait. I thought he was talking about there being 10 of the black cases that the bait went into in each box. Obviously, that wasn't accurate.”
