Fit and Phat Fitness
“During my time with charity i absolutely loved her classes! Her energy and motivation always push me to give my best during the workouts. The variety of exercises keeps things interesting, and I felt myself getting stronger and healthier with each session. I appreciate how she personalize the workouts to help me reach my fitness goals. Thank you for being the best trainer. 100% would recommend. You just have to put your best foot forward and remain consistent.”
