I had previously worked with personal trainers at a large, corporatized gym and it was never very satisfying so I stopped going a number of years ago. Now, as a senior, I was looking for a small gym where I could feel like part of a “community” that helps inspire each other to better health and fitness, and who also have a little fun in the process. I am very happy with my decision to join. Jordan and Lisa – the owners – bring joy and great energy to the gym and they clearly love what they do. Fred and Ben are excellent class leaders.
