“A huge shout-out to Snap Fitness and especially to my trainer, Matt O.
A while back, I suffered a major leg injury that required multiple surgeries and extensive physical therapy. After all of that, I still needed help recovering physically, losing weight, and getting my life back on track. About 10 months ago, I joined Snap Fitness and started training with Matt twice a week.
What Matt has brought to my journey through his knowledge, experience, motivation, and insight has been absolutely tremendous.
In those 10 months, I’ve:
Lost 55 pounds
Regained approximately 90% of the muscle mass in my injured leg
Rediscovered my excitement for life
