In 2020 they installed my Daiken heat pump and air handler for an excellent value and everyone involved, from Kristen who set my appointments to Chris 1 (install manager), Josh, Jobe (installers), Chris 2 and Cody (installation and duct cleaning) were courteous and professional. Mike L. came out to make a minor adjustment so my emergency heat runs properly and the same common thread: courteous and professional. Fast forward Five years later And’s came out today to give me a service and I signed up for the service contract which seems like a real bargain! Andy was wonderful consistent with my other experience with Long’s. Long's sets a pretty high bar. Keep up the great work!“
