“After almost 2 years of looking for a knowledgeable esthetician, I consulted with Megan online as I was having a really hard time finding someone locally who I felt understood skin and was confident in the advice they were giving me. Megan was everything! Extremely knowledgeable, professional, caring and patient as she explained everything to me in great detail. I learned so much about what I should be doing with my skin and I went on to purchase some of the products she recommended for me. She has a wonderful way of explaining things about how products work, etc at a level that the everyday person can understand. She has a lot of experience with products and knows what works and what doesn't. She also recommended treatments I'd benefit from in spa if I ever find someone locally who I can trust with my skin. I'd reach out to her again for advice in a heartbeat. The only thing I'm disappointed about is that I'm not local to go into her spa and receive treatments from her. Sincerely grateful for the time she spent pointing me in the right direction after 1 year of using the wrong skin care. She was friendly and easy to talk to.My only complaint (nothing to do with Breanna) - I've been coming to Urban Waxx for a couple couple of years and don't like the most recent changes implemented. Particularly in this last visit, the environment felt less inviting with all of the waxers wearing black scrubs instead of their normal clothes. It made the atmosphere feel more medical and less relaxing. Please let your waxers go back to their normal everyday clothing!“

She did my haircut exactly as I asked. We had a wonderful & easy conversation. She didn’t put a lot of product in my hair, and that part I didn’t even mention to her. I really enjoyed getting to her. It was a very clean and cute salon in Gladstone. I was immediately in love with Alanah and her work that I knew I would never go anywhere else for highlights, cuts, styles, you name it! Alanah has been doing my hair for 2 years now.
