I had the most wonderful waxing experience with Breanna. She did an excellent shape with my eyebrows without taking too much which is exactly what I was looking for. She was friendly and easy to talk to.My only complaint (nothing to do with Breanna) - I've been coming to Urban Waxx for a couple couple of years and don't like the most recent changes implemented. Particularly in this last visit, the environment felt less inviting with all of the waxers wearing black scrubs instead of their normal clothes. It made the atmosphere feel more medical and less relaxing. Please let your waxers go back to their normal everyday clothing!

My experience from the moment I walked in the door was wonderful!! The front desk person was so sweet and did such a good job getting me to look at the merchandise!! Wasn't pushy and genuinely got me excited about it, if I had the money I would have got everything she showed me!! Especially the candle mug thing!!Then my waxer, Mariah was amazing! I always have a great experience with her. I'm usually nervous when I go in for a wax and she is very calming and keeps me thinking and talking so I'm not thinking about the pain ?

I’ve been coming here for close to two years now and have loved every esthetician I’ve seen. My eyebrows always look amazing and it’s always a welcoming environment to step in to. Ellie is my go to woman, she is friendly, nice, and very good at what she does. She makes the experience as pleasant as possible and is quick with the waxing portion. I will continue to come to Urban Waxx even when I move in the new year, they have made me one happy customer with their prices and level of service.
