This location has by far has best customer service. The women are attentive, friendly and accommodating. My only request is the tanning bed vents dont seem to be regularly dusted. I’m only mentioning this as a request in the hopes they’ll read this. It’s not cautionary. I know zero about tanning beds ventilation.

The studio itself is great. There have been 4 times where it has been closed during normal opening hours this past month though, with just a note on the window when you walk up. Kind of frustrating. Definitely worth calling ahead to make sure staff are there or else it can be waste of a trip

I’ve had a membership with Tan Republic of Central Oregon since 2008/2009. Over all the years, I’ve met many staff members, some of them nicer than others - as with any business. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Amber, and she was absolutely wonderful to work momentarily with. She wasn’t at all pushy in trying to upsell me, and was super helpful with my questions! I don’t tan too often anymore, but have kept my membership for the rare occasions that I come in and it was a pleasure having someone so kind help today!Service: Tanning
