Mikaela, hands down, has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. She was very thoughtful and thorough with helping me through my spray tan experience. Super stoked and happy she was there for me! Thank you Mikaela :)

So this is where I go to tan and I only give it a five star rating because of Angie. Her customer service is exceptional. She’s kind, she’s professional, she’s caring and she makes me actually feel like she cares that I’m a customer there! However the diamond beds all have bulbs out and it’s been several weeks that they have been out, bed one I think has one bulb but bed Six has like three bulbs out, which I think is pretty subpar for how much they charge. They’ve been out for three weeks that I know of👎🏽
Again, the only reason this rating is five stars and not two is because of Angie🫶🏼

This location has by far has best customer service. The women are attentive, friendly and accommodating. My only request is the tanning bed vents dont seem to be regularly dusted. I’m only mentioning this as a request in the hopes they’ll read this. It’s not cautionary. I know zero about tanning beds ventilation.
