These guys did an incredible job all around, from scheduling while we were traveling abroad to accepting payment nearly a month following completion of the work!
The roof looks great, the rep I worked with Tyler was also incredibly friendly and worked with us to get pricing where we needed it to be. There were a few minor things that needed follow up following completion of the roof that they sent guys out for immediately to correct.

My HOA selected NW Quality Roofing to install my new roof, and they would have been my personal choice as well. However the HOA selected a tough time for stripping and installing a new roof which is very steeply pitched - early December in freezing fog. There were a few issues that needed attention after the job. I called and the owner Jake came right out to my home to check and go over my concerns. He agreed and has covered all the concerns to my satidfaction. They are a long time quality company with great people. They stand behind their work. I highly recommend them.
I am so impressed by this company! Tyler took great care making himself available for numerous inspections and working with my insurance carrier when they first declined my roof replacement after the hailstorm. There was never a surprise during the roof replacement, Leo & his team did excellent work. And Craig came out for the final inspection. Communication was excellent throughout it all and Gretchen & Paula in the office were so responsive & nice!
