“Beautiful space with an amazing ballet teacher. I just checked out Foundation Health and Fitness and WOW! I love that it's so open and airy inside. They have every need you would want under one roof. They have a large gym with all the equipment. A beautiful room filled with pilates reformers. Outside in a covered patio they have saunas and cold plunges. There is also PT and a massage therapist. It's a really amazing experience and all under one roof. I highly recommend talking with Matthew R. He's highly knowledgeable and super fun to take tour with. Once you try it out you'll be hooked.“

At the end of my appointment today I was feeling great and when I left the office, I couldn’t believe how much of a difference just one adjustment made. I am 63 years old, and have been to enough chiropractors around the country to be able to say that Jason might be one of the best chiropractors that I’ve put my trust in.
