Love, love, love F45 Bend West and can't say enough good things about this gym! The coaches are amazing - always upbeat and encouraging while making sure your form is on point. The members have become a great community of friends and are a vital part of my day. If you put the work in and are consistent, you'll see powerful results!

I just recently joined and so far I have felt so welcomed and felt so safe working out here! It’s such a huge community and they always have a backup for workouts to help you specifically!

This is by far the best gym I’ve ever been to! I was never the greatest fan of group workouts but this is different! The trainers, the workouts, the community and the fact that the time passes by SO quickly makes F45 truly special! I’ve really seen my endurance, strength and overall well being improve significantly. It doesn’t matter what level of fitness you’re at - the workouts can be adapted to wherever you are in your fitness journey so don’t hesitate to give F45 a try, highly recommend it!!
