Wonderful water company ! Had a major leak that unbeknownst to me went on for almost a whole billing period and they gave me hundreds of dollars credit against the hundreds of dollars bill that the leak generated. Amazing that for a service that you have to have with whatever provider serves your area that they are so responsive and kind. Everyone was nice that I dealt with and especially Stephanie who called to tell me the amount of the credit they were allowing which made my day. Never expected them to be so generous since the leak wasn'tAvion's fault.

Our water is great. The people in the office are always polite, respectful and helpful. Our property had a well that was really not good and I'm grateful to have another water source. Thanks people! :-)

The custom service is always great, and they notified us immediately when they noticed a surge in our water usage, which tipped us off to a broken pipe. They also adjusted our bill during that time so we didn't have to pay for the additional water used when we didn't know the pipe was broken. Thanks for all your help!
