Roats Water System

I called Roats Water because I received an email saying I am no longer on Auto Pay and my bill is due in a couple of days. I tried the portal next to resolve the issue, but it wouldn't let me.

I then called Roats water and Vanessa picked up. I was glad she did because she initially helped us set up our account so I had complete trust that the issue would be taken care of.

She is incredibly sweet and professional. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in full clarity. Her patience and kindness are tremendously appreciated.

Roast water has always been so helpful and easy to communicate with. They alerted us of an unusual spike in our bill which we appreciate so much. We haven’t found the culprit yet, but they gave us some great things to check for. Great custom service.

Roats has been wonderful! They notified us right away of a main line water leak and were beyond generous with helping us with our bill that was extremely high due to the leak. Highly recommend them!
