Roats has been wonderful! They notified us right away of a main line water leak and were beyond generous with helping us with our bill that was extremely high due to the leak. Highly recommend them!
We have a business in Bend with many water meters, and lots of billing units. Debbie has been so helpful when account payments numbers change, truly overwhelming for me. She is always helpful and positive. Great customer service.
