Reviews
I hired MCC Inspection for a pre-listing inspection before putting my house on the market, and it was the best decision I could have made. [Inspector Name] was incredibly thorough, identifying a few minor issues I had no idea about. Addressing these early gave me total confidence in my asking price and made the actual sale process so much smoother. The digital report was easy to read and share with my agent. Highly recommend for any seller who wants to avoid last-minute surprises!

His communication was excellent from start to finish, and I always felt informed and comfortable asking questions.
One thing I especially appreciated was Michael’s ability to speak Spanish, which made the entire inspection process even easier and more comfortable for my family. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail really stood out.
I highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for a reliable, thorough, and professional home inspector.… read full review
