I would give Blue Ladder more stars if I could! Tim came out within two hours of my call explaining an emergency I was having in my rental home. He was thorough, professional, and both Tim and his wife were extremely validating with the situation my family was in. I would 100% recommend his services. So happy I found a trustworthy company!

This is absolutely the best inspector I’ve ever used! You get a 24 hour or less turnaround time, they have saved a couple of my clients from crazy radon issues, and they’re so professional and polite. Easy online booking, or can even text over the phone. Continuing to referral all of my business their way !!!!!
