My buyer clients have used Tim with Blue Ladder Home Inspections several times. I find him to be prompt, very knowledgeable, and professional. He does a great job of explaining things to people so they understand issues. His reports are clear and concise. I will continue to recommend Tim and his company for my future clients!
Blue Ladder Inspections brings all the best of old-school service to knowledgeable inspection service. In a time when so many so-called service providers are nothing more than call centers that contract out, Tim actually operates Blue Ladder and he picks up his own cell phone! He answered all my questions without rushing me, and took interest in the details of the house I am purchasing. The inspection report was easy to access through the portal, and appears very thorough.
Really appreciated Tim’s knowledge and professionalism while inspecting our home. He helped us understand the inspection and was around for any follow up questions we had.
