Once we determined which direction we were going in, the SLDR team executed the structural designs needed and dealt directly with the Portland building department. Once our demo and 12-week construction began, our general contractor/project manager was very hands on and in constant communication with us. Not only that, but SLDR listened to what our budget was, and stayed within it! Our family is extremely happy with how the remodel turned out, and we are looking forward to using our remodeled fireplace with a wood burning insert this winter.
