Great experience so far! Very communicative during the application process, and moving in process. Only thing is if they could add a button on their website to their resman portal login page? I'm a web designer/developer who and would be happy to do it.

My experience here is amazing! I relocated from Denver and I love everything about this place. The application process was seamless, the place is spotless and quiet and the apartment is perfect for me and my little cat. The leasing agents and managers are so responsive and professional and it’s so quiet here. My neighbors are so cool as well! My cat was not taking the transition well but my neighbors were super kind and everything. I feel very safe here as well and everyone I’ve come across living here is so nice!

I toured many apt in Portland for past few weeks and I didn’t have pleasant experiences.I have to say that the Kathryn Ann staff made it super easy and professional from the beginning including application process, explaining policy and touring.
My leasing agent Kris, help me to find great deal, always ready for touring on apts. Thank you for all the help!
