John was great! He was able to quickly establish and explain what our problem. He completed work and cleaned up thoroughly, even stayed to tackle an extra issue. He was very kind in explaining the best path forward for installing a new toilet that had some minor issues when pulling the original. We had a great experience with Fusion! They were prompt with scheduling, on time on the day of, readily diagnosed what the issue was and provided a great explanation of what our options where to get it fixed. Then were able to do the work same day. We will definitely use Fusion plumbing again!
