They were prompt, professional and did a great job. They dug up some plants in my yard to replace a pipe and I swear my landscaping looks better now than it did before they started. It’s always great when contractors working on your home are careful and respectful of your property.Note: they repaired a broken water main for me, but I couldn’t find a good option for that on the Google suggested options.Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair

I had the water main to my house break, was notified by the city that I had a leak. Narrowed it down to between the house and meter. Called Fusion plumbing to see if they could help. And man they did!.. I can't speak highly enough about the professional experience they gave me..from lining up an estimate and then scheduling the work, the office staff was amazingly friendly and on the ball. When the crew showed up to fix my issue, they were on time, polite, and ready to work!. They wound up installing a new water line to the house, a new shut valve in my hall closet, including a pressure reducer. And hooked up everything efficiently. The inspected didn't even hesitate to pass the work for code compliance. I know crawling under a house sucks. Digging through gravel and mud in the rain, sucks! These guys had a smile on their face the whole time. They finished the work in one day and had me back up and running like a champ in no time!. As they were cleaning up and packing away their tools I could tell they take prude in their work. They handled everything amazingly! Made it a very no stress ordeal for me. They pulled the permits required..handled all the city stuff. Gave me great advice for future adventures and explained what they did and my charges thoroughly. 100% my hat is off to them. I recommend them to anyone that has any kind of plumbing needs. I won't go anywhere else. You should either.Thank you John, Karen and Nick(? I might have got your name wrong). You all are real people doing good things for others. Keep up the good work!

I was having an issues with my bath tub faucet and it was causing leaking in other areas. I have never worked with a plumber before, being a first time home owner. John and Nick were awesome. They were professional and personable. Not only did they solve the problem but they educated me and provided me with resources. They were so respectful and helpful. Fusion Plumbing was great! When I had a leaky faucet, I looked on the the Next Door app, where they are highly recommended. They are a family business, which I always prefer over a larger chain. Karen was so nice on the phone, and got me a timely appointment. John called to tell me they were on the way, and they were right on time. He replaced the faucet and when testing it found there was also a leaky pipe under the sink. John explained everything he and the other man (whose name I've forgotten!) were doing, and even asked if I needed any other help, moving heavy boxes, etc.!
