“Just finished my 300 hr. in the Sacred Valley Peru at Munay Sonqo. It was an amazing experience. I was a recipient of a bipoc scholarship. I went from September 2nd to September 26th. This was a life changing experience! I somehow lucked up on a class of 4 so it was extremely intimate and I believe we got more than our money could pay for with the beautiful all inclusive resort. The teachers were more than amazing! We had some source teachings of Ayurveda with Anita, some amazing asana lab with Raquel and some awesome Anatomy with Shy! Thank you so much for this amazing experience. I will never forget it, I am forever grateful!“

“Cynde was very professional and knowledgeable in multiple massage disciplines. A combination of myofascial release and deep tissue were very helpful in relieving aches I develop from manual labor I do. Recommendations on after-care and yoga poses were very helpful.“

“10 Stars. Benjamin is the most skilled and gifted massage/body worker I have ever experienced. He's very different than others. He does much more than just massage. He's had a lot of training in many areas, and uses his intuition to tune in to what you need. He has gotten me out of pain the very same day, and taught me how to use my body differently. He's amazing. anyone who has body work from him is blessed.“

“Shawn is a intuitive and very effective therapist. He was able to see imbalances in my body that translated into long held patterns, creating pain and discomfort. His small adjustment made me feel more in my body and I was able to move my neck and shoulder like I had not in a long time. Shawn's kind presence made me feel comfortable and trusting.“

“I started going to Ashland Hot Yoga after my last studio closed. To be honest, I wasn't really into the idea of yoga in a super-heated space. Yoga makes me hot and sweaty without the added heat and I didn't fancy being in an enclosed space with a lot of other hot and sweaty people! But, having made the decision to give it a try, I bought a two-week pass which gave me unlimited access to all the teachers and classes the studio offers. I went to about ten classes over the first two weeks and it was fantastic. I now go three or four times a week and particularly love Kaitlyn's Flow and Sculpt classes, Kaitlyn's yin yoga (an amazing feeling at the end of the day - like being wrapped in a warm blanket) and Scarlet's Hot 26 (surprisingly meditative). I've learnt to keep myself properly hydrated before, during and after class, and take advantage of the studio's amazing outdoor cold shower after practice. The facilities are immaculate, the teachers are knowledgeable and friendly, and there is a real community of regulars (all shapes and ages!) who make the effort to be welcoming.“
