I absolutely love and resonate so much with this hot yoga studio! I came to Ashland for a spiritual retreat and am so grateful to have found this place and to experience such an amazing group of beings- both instructors and students. ALL I met were so loving, kind and connected to their souls. I very rarely experience that in most yoga studios, but this seems to be the general vibe with Ashlanders! I took some flow and warm yin classes from Kaitlyn and Lola- very magical and just what I needed. Really enjoyed the experience to practice in a space heated with a fireplace vs infrared heat. Highly recommend! ??✨
Awesome teacher, good workout, clean space, nice amenities (bathroom, indoor/outdoor showers, rentals), got a cold towel at the end & mid session water break. Only thing is price, not the most affordable for college students.
I liked the sound healing and the yin yoga helped me a lot with my arthritis ? I definitely noticed a difference the following day- more limber and a lot less soreness! I will definitely be back soon.
