“I have been looking for a studio for a long time that challenges me enough to want to keep going. S.O.OM definitely is that for me. The classes are challenging but great modifications are always offered. I am so glad I found this studio.”
“Words cannot begin to describe the truly magical and life changing experience I had during my 200-Hr Hybrid Trauma Informed Teacher Training. From the moment I said YES, the School Yoga Institute has been such a safe space and one of the biggest takeaways from this experience, is the loving container and sense of community that is so beautifully intertwined. Our teacher's Jeanine and Brooke are two of the most incredible souls that I have ever met and they led our special group of women with such love, respect, safety, and wise knowledge that made learning so fun! I was fortunate enough to attend the in person portion of my training in Costa Rica at the beautiful Aves resort in Montezuma. Wow! What an incredible environment to learn, discover, play, and grow together. Thank you SYI for an experience of a lifetime and bringing together a true soul tribe that I have been searching for!”
“I have gone for years now and I am never disappointed. Helene is so knowledgeable and experienced in all of the anatomy. She uses just the right amount of pressure and heat.
What a kind and caring person. I cannot express how much I appreciate Helene!!!”
