Shasta Yoga: Wellness Therapies Yoga

“Excellent yoga classes with knowledgeable and helpful instructors. I have been practicing yoga for 20 years and have enjoyed many instructors, but Amy Cooper is the best. She never teaches the same class twice. I attend her class three days a week, and every time I learn something new or receive some sort of insight into my practice. She is also very accommodating to those with less experience and/or injuries. I highly recommend Shasta Yoga.“
