My family and I love Smiles Northwest! My boys (8 and 14), my husband and I get our teeth cleaned by friendly and professional hygienists and dentists. Dr. Chen and Dr. Dotson are kind and very knowledgeable. I love Smiles NW because the front desk staff call and text me friendly reminders, I know the hygienists well and I look forward to hearing how the dentists can help our teeth stay healthy! I’ve appreciated Dr. Chen’s knowledge of teeth implants and orthodontist recommendations for my family.

Excellent treatment of TMD/TMJ issues. People develop TMD or TMJ as it is more commonly known as for different reasons, and it is so important to find a dentist who is truly skilled in treating the disorder. I have been to dentists who say they can treat it but, in the end, they don't even know how to make a proper appliance/night guard to help realign the jaw joint to relieve the pain. Although I was reluctant at first when my regular dentist referred me to Smiles Northwest in Beaverton, OR, I was quickly put at easy by Dr, Jody Dotson and her professional staff who have a thorough understanding of how to treat TMJ. I am forever grateful to the team at Smiles Northwest. Heather and the front office staff are wonderful, warm, and welcoming and are the best at appointment reminders. The back office staff never seem hurried and always take time to ensure patient comfort. Dr. Chen is masterful at tackling challenging dental procedures, of which I have presented many, and manages to restore my teeth and keep me smiling. I want to thank you for always striving for optimal outcomes.
