Mark Gorman spent the afternoon showing several homes on their lot. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and answered all questions while providing materials for further understanding. Mark listened carefully to the customers’ needs and showed homes that suited them. Ashli was very courteous and patient, helping narrow down choices and find available places for the future home. Jerry was super helpful and friendly, showing at least 10 different homes and sharing options, making the experience enjoyable. Overall, Homes Direct continues to impress with their dedication to customer satisfaction and a wide range of homes to choose from.
we spent months with Garrett, countless hours looking, planning and picking out our perfect home. Garrett was so helpful, patient & walked every step with us. He really was a great resource. Sadly due to circumstances beyond our control and at no fault of Garrett or homes direct, we were unable to purchase a home after months of time spent with Garrett and Homes Direct. When we explained our unforeseen situation to Garrett he was so understanding and supportive. It was a pleasure working with him and we could not have been more happy with our experience. Very good experience. Ashli was very informative and helpful. Lots of units to choose from and the whole process seems easier than I expected it would be. She gave me lots of information to help us make a decision as how to proceed
Suzi was very great to work with. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to everything manufactured home. She made my wife and I feel welcome and helped us understand the home buying process. She was also honest with us which we greatly appreciated. If you’re looking for a trustworthy person to work with in your process and someone who will greet you with a smile and make you feel cared for, Suzi at Homes Direct is that person! We are so excited to continue working with her to get our first home!
