I'd have them back for any project in a heartbeat. The only criticism is have is that scheduling and communication through the office can be spotty. Don't let that deter you because their work is fabulous.“

“Once again Jerry has saved the day for me. I have two dogs. One of the dogs has back problems in need of a ramp to bypass the steps in and out of the house. Jerry came out, took a look at the problem, gave me some ideas after I explained that the ramp needed to have a long, gentle slope as eventually my pooch would be in wheels (hind legs). He talked with me at length about options, helping me understand the dilemma and how to work within the parameters of the space. He had some excellent ideas on how to proceed and came up with a solution that was great for Reggie, my dog. Reggie now has a beautiful, functional ramp and the ramp looks well with the house. Jerry even suggested putting in a new brighter, light fixture that can be rotated to highlight the ramp. I stroke of genius! The new light fixture makes it much easier for the pooches to see the end/beginning of the ramp and for me to see them at night. His work is top notch, and uses the best products available within your budget. He is very meticulous and considers all the angles of the situation, such as, no sharp edges or corners for the ramp. He is very personable, easy to talk with even when I am not sure about what to do and able to work with people like me that does not have the necessary expertise. We contacted them at the last minute when we heard funding would be available for a large project, and they did everything they could to make sure we met our deadline, including the CEO and Ryan showing up the same day I called, to do a walkthrough to make sure they understood the scope of our project and offer their thinking about ways to accomplish what we were trying to pull off.  They are the rare company that does what they say they will do and deliver on time and on budget. Communication is always great and as a manager I always knew clear timelines, what was happening, wand what would happen next. Because we are a school, there was no pausing until the job was done, and the safety of our students, staff, families, and other visitors was always topmost on our minds,.  In this environment, Baldwin did all they could to ensure the safety of our community, altering their start times for jobs, making sure work areas were safe and secure, keeping ladders and other heavy equipment in safe locations and safely stored.  Since that first job, we have gone back to Baldwin several times and plan on sticking with them through the completion of this very costly and complex renovations of our building.  I am confident in their ability to deliver and have zero concerns about the quality of their work or their commitment to Ashbrook School.“
