“​Our water pump failed and needed replacement. Jaynes understood the urgency and accommodated us very quickly. The gentleman who came out was highly knowledgeable, and had all the necessary tools, materials, and skills to diagnose and replace the pump efficiently.
​They also followed up later to make adjustments and clean the tap screens to ensure proper water flow.
​Aside from the cost of the water pump, all charges (cost per hour, time, travel, and additional materials) were absolutely clear and fair!
​They did not request any payment until the job was completed and the final invoice was sent. (This was a pleasant surprise, as just a month ago we chose the wrong contractor for a furnace repair, and he wanted all the money upfront without any invoice. I was beginning to think that was the norm in the area!)

“I had the same ongoing issue for 6 years..numerous contractors came over the years, explained the exact same problem ,the exact same way. Few came and assessed the situation, never came back and sent Bill for service call,one did a repair that did not fix problem , and well one couldn't figure it out at all...From the time I called the office I was impressed with how lovely the lady in the office was , Obviously very fond of her staff as she showed concern as Devon had been off sick...anyway promised he would be in to see me as Soon as he was better.
When he got here I explained again the issue,he asked for some time to assess the system ,within 15 minutes he had diagnosed the problem ,then went to get a part and had me fixed up the same day......6 years !!!!!!!!! Wish I heard about this company sooner.
