The woman who took my request went over and above to provide me with options, costing and did her best to get my new central AC unit installed quickly. Andrew arrived a day later and was extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable. We now have an excellent central AC unit that is keeping every room nice and cool! We are extremely grateful to the service agent (sorry can’t recall her name) and to Andrew for going over and above at a very busy time due to the recent rainfall incident!
