They were friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything to make sure I understood and knew how to use and maintain my new furnace and AC. We had to move a garden to accomodate the AC unit and they completed all that they could to prepare for the AC and returned once we got the garden bed out of the way so they could finish installation.
