Love the bird who sits on the employees' shoulders/chats away from somewhere behind the counter!! The staff here are very kind and try to offer help if you have any questions about your pets' needs. They sell a Canadian brand of dog food which I think is awesome (yay for supporting local). I recommend this store if you're looking for friendly service!

Brought my puppy in for the self serve bath. Everything was clean and stocked. After , I bought two huge bags of food which were carried to my vehicle for me so i wouldn't have to leave my lil one by herself! Amazing service always!

Great experience my dogs first time using self serve bath. Staff so helpful and made my dog feel welcome. It's a great service easy on my back easy for dog to access safe no mess to clean up and they even supply shampoo and towels! I'll never use my home bathtub again lol Buddy thanks you too ?
