I have had such a great experience here over the years since moving to Woodstock. All the staff and management are so nice and accommodating in the event we need any help or have to return/exchange any items. Pet Smart also has good sales!

My little boy Buddy loves going to this store, They have a great selection of toys that he likes. The cashiers are always great, the guy that was on today remembered that Buddy won’t take treats from him. The service there is always great

Nicole and her team did an amazing job grooming my puppy for his first time! They had a ton of patience with him, and treated him with so much love and care! I was so happy the outcome.
