If you want an atmosphere of nothing but encouragement and a family feel.. this is the gym for you!!! From the moment you step in you are greeted with the most amazing staff and friendly members, the gym is beautiful and clean, and all of their trainers are very knowledgeable and friendly with a big push of encouragement! I have been to many gyms but this one has become home!!
