Mr. Flores, his wife and staff have worked hard and endeavored to bring a world class gym to Windsor. The equipment, machines and free weights, are clean and modern. The gym environment is friendly and welcoming. The staff professional and fun and knowledgeable. I was a health dilettante and hesitant to start my path to better health, Joey and his staff made my journey fun and engaging.
