Dr. Arunthavanathan is our family doctor and she is the best. She is very thorough and really listens to every single need. She keeps notes of everything I tell her and always refers back to them with every appointment. I feel well taken care of by her.
It would have been a perfect score if the receptionists were a little more friendly. We had some issues with Maleeha before but she has improved over time with her customer service, and glad to share that Maleeha has been great since.
Dr. Christina Christoff is amazing and very cooperative and the rest stuff too.
Perhaps the best walk-in experience ive had in 30+ years in Ontario. I came in and was told doc was going on break and it would be about an hour. I explained that my shoulder is in agony from an injury last night and it was agony just driving here, and that I just need an x ray requisition. The receptionist told me he'll see what he can do and within 5-10 minutes, I was in the waiting room and had a thorough exam from the doc (not sure her name). I was then able to get an x-ray and ultrasound in the same office a few steps away from the doctors office.
The whole process of seeing the doctor and getting my x ray and ultra sound done took less than 45 mins.
