The clinic offers a unique intake process that allows patients to wait comfortably outside the waiting room until their appointment time, which helps reduce stress and wait times. While some patients appreciate the politeness of the doctors and the care provided, others have noted issues with the receptionists, citing rudeness and an impersonal approach. Although the wait times can be long, with reports of patients waiting over an hour and a half even with appointments, many still consider the clinic a top choice for walk-in services. The pharmacy team goes the extra mile to assist with insurance issues and explain medication clearly. Overall, the clinic remains committed to supporting all patients, including trans individuals, despite some concerns about the front staff's professionalism.
Dr Randhawa has been my family doctor most of my life and I couldn't see myself going to anyone else. The front staff are absolutely amazing and always so kind. Especially the long term receptionist they have. Dr Lee is so knowledgeable and when you find yourself lacking words he's on the ball to ask questions and get the answers. Dr Kathy Lee is also just as amazing. When she doesn't know the answers off hand she's not afraid to pull out her books and confirm. She is the epitome of an informed doctor and the kind of medical professional you can feel safe with getting you the correct answers. By far the best physicians in Ontario are located at North Whitby Medical.
I have been a patient here since 1999 and have had great care. The doctors are awesome and the front desk staff are working hard to have everyone seen in a timely manner.
My children have been with this centre since very young and have received excellent medical care.
Probably one of the first walk in clinic with nice receptionist who care about people. I took my daughter sick, and the front desk was so accommodating and helping and gave me exact time to come back. Very friendly staff.
