I always have a good experience here! Special shoutout to my Family Doctor Dr Dawood for always being accommodating with my requests, and Dr Michaels whom I have had the pleasure to cross paths with at my walk-ins!

The staff is usually very pleasant! The nurses are thorough and gentle, and receptionists try their best to be helpful despite clearly being overworked.

I see a lot of comments mentioning the staff lacks pleasantries, but I have been going there since 2014 and I have never experienced this. My family doctor practises here and is absolutely the best. However, I find it difficult to understand why, in this day and age, the clinic cannot process prescription renewals by fax or they only offer this option to certain patients. It makes no sense that someone should have to take a day off work just to renew a routine medication they have been taking for nine years. There should be a more convenient option for long-term patients who are stable on their medication.

I’ve come to this clinic for over 20 years. The doctors have always been good to deal with up until recently. Everything seems overly rushed, questions aren’t answered thoroughly you wait an hour plus for walk in to be seen for 5-10 minutes. I feel like my health concerns are never adequately answered with a booked appointment. I’ve had other specialists I was supposed to be referred to that I was never referred to.

My main problem is with the reception as is everyone’s problem with this clinic. They are incredibly rude and it’s been that way for years. How this is never addressed is beyond me. Really unfortunate to see this clinic in the state it’s in.
