There have been some changes as to how the provincial government pays doctors. I don't know if this had any effect on my experience, but I must say that I had the best experience with Dr Vaid's office recently. I called on Wednesday to book an appointment as I was in fairly constant pain due to two separate hernias. I was expecting major resistance and maybe get an appointment within 2 weeks. They managed to squeeze me in the very next day! Dr. Vaid is always attentive and thorough despite being busy. The office staff are always on top of things and keep the office running smoothly. The clinic is great. All the doctors are top notch including dr vaid. I do have an issue with your pharmacy. They are some of the rudest and unpleasant staff to speak with. You can do something about it as you own the clinic i assume ?! (Maybe can do. Maybe cant so). Anyways cheers boss ?

Attended the clinic and saw Dr. Ahmed Vaid. Hands down the best clinic ive ever attended. Almost no wait. Kind and friendly receptionist and receptive and knowelgeable doctor. Highly reccomended.
