Great experience. Front desk is very pleasant. I used the Walk in service. Wait time is super convenient. Doctors are super attentive. Received prescription from the pharmacy right away which is next door

I was here earlier this week for a walk in for my uncle who doesn’t speak any English although they are very busy, the receptionist tiana was very kind, helped explain the registration process , patient and excellent listener . She helped us also find a family doctor because they are accepting , I went to over 10 clinics and was told they aren’t accepting patients . I will definitely be going back . The female doctor Dr.Ogundipe was very kind she helped get the right information and referrals . Thank you care for you staff ?

Grateful to actually have a doctor since it’s a rarity these days and Dr Humaid is very nice and thankfully I’ve not had many health issues for her to help me with so I can’t speak for that scenario. So 5 stars from me for Dr H. HOWEVER, ZERO stars for having to get myself into the office just to make an appointment! This is BEYOND ridiculous and is unacceptable! Messages should be returned, this is people’s health here, not Walmart! If the phones are too busy, at the very least booking online must be an option in this day and age. Taking time off work for an appointment is one thing but taking time off to MAKE an appointment and go inside a clinic an extra time...read full review
