Very happy with treatment received by Lana Good for both myself and my daughter. She came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Very knowledgeable and I came away feeling better with a greater understanding of body mechanics. I would highly recommend!

I hurt my back taking care of my elderly mother back in January and due to a busy life "pushed through the pain" for a few months. Big mistake. When I too became immobile I was prescribed something for the pain but not a plan to heal and prevent future injury. I called Good Practice and thankfully Jared was able to see me right away. He assessed my current injury and adeptly identified another problem that was also causing me discomfort. With some new exercises to encourage healing and prevent further injury and effective treatments I began to get some relief almost immediately.But life doesn't stop and as much as my back is better, my muscles were getting tighter...read full review

Clean and very professional. I've been seeing Deb for almost 10 years, she very professional and very good at what she does. I work in the trades and she definitely helps keep my muscles and more specifically back in tip top shape so I keep at peak physical performance.
