Jessica is knowledgeable, skilled and smart. I underwent an ACL and meniscus repair surgery which she helped with tremendously. Before I even knew I tore ligaments in my knee she was able to work with me to bring me back to a level of almost perfect functioning, needless to say after the surgery she did the same. During recovery I developed a fat pad pinch, she was able to determine what it was and help me not irritate it further so it could heal.Matthew is an amazing front-end administrator. He is always a pleasure to schedule appts with and chat to before the appointment starts.

I did a couple months of pelvic floor physio after my first baby with Jessica and she was great! I felt that I got a lot out of the sessions and that Jessica was helping me work towards my specific goals. She's very knowledgeable and makes what could be an awkward experience very comfortable!

Jessica and the whole Embody team are terrific at what they do. I dealt with Jessica because of a lower back injury. Even when I was barely able to walk, she took her time working with me and helping to get my back moving again. I would highly recommend the Embody team and especially Jessica.
