JP took the time to walk us through everything - showing us the actual parts in question, explaining what he was seeing, and clearly outlining what was (and wasn’t) an issue. There was no pressure, no upselling - just straightforward, honest information.

In the end, he identified that the contactor did need replacement, but it was still under warranty - and took care of it at no charge. That level of honesty and transparency is hard to come by.
