“FAST, PROFESSIONAL, AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! Our AC unit quit during an upper 90s heat wave, which we discovered after business hours. I didn't want to use the emergency number, as I figured based on system age, we were looking at a few days for a replacement. I left a message on the main voicemail in the evening and received a call back just after 7am. 20 minutes later, Paul was at my house. He was able to diagnose the unit and get it running with parts he had on the truck. Then he performed preventive maintenance by measuring charge and recharging and checking the rest of my HVAC system inside. His service and professionalism were top notch.
