Appreciated harvey coming over to consult (though he did charge a fee for this, which was subsequently deducted from my final bill when I placed the order). Order was received in the timeline he committed to, and Harvey came by to check that I was happy with the installation before the installer left. All in all a positive experience and Im very happy with my blinds.“
