Bruno helped me source and resolve an issue, he did it professionally, courteously and with enthusiasm. The type of issue I was experiencing dealt with a low cost remote for motor operated blinds from around 5 years ago, the remote had been misplaced and I needed a replacement. This ordeal was more hassle for him than it was worth, but he never made me feel ignored. While this particular transaction was non-profitable for him, his attention and positive approach will surely give me a reason to contact him again for my new home window fashion project.
