The overall atmosphere has always been welcoming and caring, due in no small part with the leadership of Triana and her team. The students have all been attentive and courteous. The instructors, especially Sofia, were always present to guide the students if they needed, but were never over-bearing with the students. Overall, a good experience every time.”
