“I had a not so great outcome and felt when I went back it wasn't resolved so I wrote a not so great review. FC reached out to me and set me up with Dy to see what could be done. I understand misunderstandings happen and everyone's hair is different so perfection is not always achieved. What counts is that things are attempted to be made right and done so in a manner that is welcoming and understanding. I felt a relief in how I was treated as it's sometimes hard to be assertive and complain. Thank you Shirley and Dy.“
