I had the pleasure of having Billy work on my hair. To say she worked magic is an understatement! She transformed my patchy black/brown hair and restored it to a beautiful blonde! Thank you so much for your services, sweet nature and phenomenal talent!
Just wanted to say a big thank you to Janya for helping me with my unruly hair!! I definitely walked in with a project, and she was nothing but kind and informative. She even went out of her way to help give me tips and tricks on how to manage my hair going forward as well as my scalp psoriasis that I'm very self-conscious about. Thank you sooo very much to Janya, and I can't wait to see you again in a few months with my progress!!
Update,I was impressed by the manager yoday, who reached out first thing to try to rectify the situation. She was very kind and u derstamdimg and ooooh so apologetic for my experience. Although for now i wont be returning to the one location, she did assure me shed be keeping an ear out yo rectify these tupes of situations. Thanks tons!!Yesterday: Well ...today I am thoroughly disappointed. I go to the 2 shops here and have for years. Always have great service ..always!!! But... Today however ...I felt like I was totally inconveniencing the stylist ..big sighs each time I made a suggestion ..more like a " could ya ??"
