Just wanted to say a big thank you to Janya for helping me with my unruly hair!! I definitely walked in with a project, and she was nothing but kind and informative. She even went out of her way to help give me tips and tricks on how to manage my hair going forward as well as my scalp psoriasis that I'm very self-conscious about. I had a not so great outcome and felt when I went back it wasn't resolved so I wrote a not so great review. FC reached out to me and set me up with Dy to see what could be done. I understand misunderstandings happen and everyone's hair is different so perfection is not always achieved. What counts is that things are attempted to be made right and done so in a manner that is welcoming and understanding. I felt a relief in how I was treated as it's sometimes hard to be assertive and complain. Thank you Shirley and Dy.
