Amazing experience! I saw Shannon yesterday for a balayage and a haircut. I went in knowing I was asking for a lot going from dark brown hair and asking to go light blonde. Shannon explained the level of lift I could expect and whoah did she deliver! The cut was also perfect. Shannon listened to my vague explanation of what I wanted my cut to be and she made it perfect.
