Rachel did a fantastic massage. I found after 3 strength and conditioning and HIIT classes per week, my body needs a great and thorough sports massage. The massage studio common areas and rooms are very clean and customer service veryh professional. Covered by many insurance providers.

I visited YMT Massage Therapy in Toronto for the first time recently, and I was honestly surprised by how good the experience was. I came in with a tight neck and upper back from work, and the therapist took the time to ask exactly where the pain was and what might be causing it. That alone made me feel like they really cared.

The massage itself was amazing to be honest. Not too light, not too intense, and they checked in a couple of times to make sure the pressure was right. I walked out feeling noticeably looser, and the tension I’d been dealing with for weeks was finally eased up. The space is clean and relaxing too, which definitely helped me unwind.

I hurt my back a few months ago, and I'm not exaggerating when I say regular massages from Sammie are the only thing that kept me upright all summer. I've been going regularly and have been impressed by her care and compassion, with massages are relaxing but deep when and where they need to be. I'm not someone who'd had a lot of massages prior to this and I was immediately made to feel at ease and comfortable. I've also received treatment from Rachel, who's great as well.
